−0′0″ Projects / Recent work

Sites we've closed out

A sample of recent jobs. Before-and-after shots of a finished grade sell this work better than anything else on the page.

Residential foundation

Hillside walkout basement

Cut a walkout basement into a steep slope, set drain tile and stone, backfilled and shaped the yard to carry runoff away from the house.

Access road

Half-mile farm drive

Rebuilt a washed-out gravel drive with new base, crown and ditching, plus three culvert replacements at the low crossings.

Drainage

Wet backyard correction

Regraded a flat lot that had been holding water against the foundation, added a swale and French drain, and seeded it back in.

Site development

New build pad & utilities

Cleared and stripped a wooded lot, built the pad to the surveyor's stakes, and trenched water, sewer and electric to the stub-outs.

Pond

Livestock pond cleanout

Dewatered and dug out years of silt, rebuilt the dam and spillway, and armored the inlet with rip-rap.

Have this ready if you can

  • The property address, or the nearest two crossroads
  • What you're trying to accomplish, in plain terms
  • Any survey or plot plan you already have
  • Whether there's room for a truck and trailer to get in
  • Your timeline, and whether a permit or inspection is pending

None of it is required. If all you know is that your yard is holding water, that's enough to start.
